It wasn’t until I moved to College Park, FL that I truly felt at home in Orlando. I have lived in East Orlando by UCF, in Dr. Phillips, and even in DOwntown Orlando. However…once I moved to College Park, I got to really experience a sense of Community.
First of all, College Park Real Estate is some of the best on the city. The homes in College Park are unique, and the ones that reside near Lake Ivanhoe have an amazing view of Downtown. There are plenty of homes for sale in College Park, or for rent if you’re just looking for a temporary stay!
The next thing that totally rocks are the restaurants in College Park. Be sure to check out Harmoni Market, K Restaurant & Wine Bar, Taste, and Nonna. If you’re looking for something a little more worldly, I recommend The Greek Corner or Jade Bistro (try the Double Wonder…the eggplant is amazing). Oh, and if you’re looking for a cool little cafe, there’s alwyas the Infusion Tea House.
If you’re looking for more of the family experience, there are a ton of good Schools and Churches. College Park has the coolest Publix ever, i’m sure you’ve seen the 70′s style lights out front! The 32804 also has plenty of parks and lakes, and is perfect for a morning jog or bike ride.
